Our Services

  • Individuals over 18 years of age who act as their own legal guardian may sign up for therapy through our contact form or by calling our office at 508-258-9003.

  • Group therapy is coming soon, but is not available yet.

  • Before starting a different form of therapy (children or adolescents under the age of 18, couples, or families), you must have a consultation with the clinician on staff. Therapy is not always the right fit for everyone, and we want to ensure that this is the right move before starting. Often, people in our lives will suggest therapy for a problem for which therapy is not the most effective solution, or at a time when we are not ready for therapy. We want to support proper engagement with therapy services, and sometimes that means discerning together whether this is the right fit. Contact our office through our contact form or by calling our office at 508-258-9003 to schedule a consultation.

Paying for Services

Standard Out-of-Pocket Cost per Session: $165.00

Sliding scale available

We also accept insurance (see list below). However, we encourage clients to explore out-of-pocket options first, for several important reasons:

Increased Privacy

When insurance pays for treatment, they gain the right to view portions of your clinical record. Paying privately keeps your personal information strictly between you and your clinician.

Increased Effectiveness

Insurance companies often require your clinician to fit treatment into predetermined categories—such as assigning a diagnosis (which may later affect life insurance premiums), limiting session frequency, or restricting therapeutic approaches. Paying privately allows your treatment to be shaped entirely by your individual needs, not by insurance mandates.

Increased Reliability

Insurance coverage can change suddenly, sometimes cutting off services with little warning. This can lead to disruptions in care or forced transitions to new providers. Paying privately allows us to set a stable rhythm that works for both your mental health and financial needs—without being at the mercy of insurance changes.

  • Some insurance carriers will outsource therapy to a different insurance company. Check your insurance card for behavioral health (sometimes labelled BH) to see if there is a separate coverage. Our office can also help determine this.

    Accepted insurances:
